摘要
本文回答了什么是高炉稳定的问题,通过数据统计计算、对比分析等研究方法,提出了一种判定高炉稳定的判据。对比分析了宝钢和首钢稳定性较好的高炉的焦比偏差,研究了高炉不同焦炭负荷和不同综合入炉品住条件下焦比递减额,探讨和揭示了高炉生产稳定水平的标准,提出了高炉高效稳定生产问题的技术观点。
In this article, the question what's the production stability of blast furnace is answered, a criterion to evaluate the production stability of blast furnace is proposed by means of data statistics and comparative analysis and so on. The difference of coke ratio of stable blast furnace between Baosteel and Shougang is analyzed. Decreasing mount of coke ratio due to dif- ferent coke load and different overall Fe content of charge is studied. The standard of stable production of blast furnace is discussed and released. Technical views about efficient stable production of blast furnace are put forward.
