影响干式料中间包寿命的因素及应对措施

Factors Influencing Service Life of Dry-Vibration Material Tundish and Countermeasures

通过对首钢水钢二炼钢现场生产情况的跟踪，调查分析了影响中间包寿命的原因，并根据这些原因制定有效的防范措施，用以指导中间包的相关工作，使中间包寿命得以满足连铸需求，减少甚至杜绝中间包侵蚀严重事故，保证生产稳定顺行。

Through tracking production status at No.2 steelmaking shop in Shuigang, we investigated and analyzed eauses to influence service life of tundish. In the light of the causes, we made effective countermeasures to direct work related to tundish so that we made the service life of tundish meet re- quirements of continuous casting and reduced and even stopped serious corrosion of tundish and en- sured that continuous casting was stable and smooth.
