摘要
钢渣间磷的分配比Lp(Lp=(P2O5)/网)的大小代表着炉渣的脱磷能力,Lp与各影响因素之间的关系并非全是单纯的线性关系(直线相关),有些是非线性相关(曲线相关)。为了摸清当前渣系条件下炉渣各组元含量变化对炉渣脱磷能力的影响,本文通过对收集到的879炉钢的实践数据进行回归分析,确定各因素对钢渣间磷的分配比Lp的影响情况,为脱磷造渣工艺的进一步优化提供支撑。
Lp=(P2O5)/[P], distribution ratio of phosphorus between molten steel and slag indicates de- phosphorizing capacity of slag. Correlation between Lp and each influence factor is not completely simple linear correlation (i.e., straight line correlation) and nonlinear correlation (i.e., curvilinear cor- relation ) also occurs. In order to make clear the influence of slag composition change on dephospho- rizing capacity of slag in the case of current slag system, in this article the real data of 879 heats are treated by regression analysis to identify the influence of various factors on distribution ratio of phos- phorous between molten steel and slag so as to support further optimization of dephosphorization and slagging process.
