The government investment project benefits cover a broad range. How to scientifically and rationally evaluate the benefits ofgovernment investment is related to the advisability of investing decisions. From the perspective of comprehensive benefits, this paperbuilds an evaluation system and method of the government investment projects from the economic, social and ecological benefits, obtai-ning the overall efficiency index of government investment projects, and finding out that the comprehensive benefits of government in-vestment projects will get greater growth in the future.
