我国财政支出与贸易开放度关系的实证研究

Empirical Research on the Relationship between Fiscal Expenditure and Trade Openness in China

选取1996年第四季度至2013年第三季度的季度数据探讨我国财政支出与贸易开放度之间的关系,研究变量有财政支出、贸易开放度、国内生产总值、生产者价格指数、人民币实际有效汇率。实证结果显示:滞后一期的贸易开放度对当期的财政支出相对规模有显著的正相关关系,滞后一期的财政支出相对规模对当期的贸易开放有显著的负相关关系。

The paper examines the relationship between fiscal expenditure and trade openness in China by selecting the data from thelast quarter of 1996 to the third quarter of 2013.The variables include fiscal expenditure, trade openness, gross domestic product, produc-er price index and RMB real effective exchange rate.The empirical results show that the trade openness with a term lagged has signifi-cantly positive correlation with the relative scale of current fiscal expenditure and relative scale of fiscal expenditure with a term laggedhas significantly negative correlation with current trade openness
