摘要
针对氨纶与再生纤维素纤维混纺产品中,定量分析手工拆解法工作效率比较低,特别是对于针织织物中网状氨纶手工拆解非常困难;以及化学溶解对人体有相当大的影响,而且不环保。使用了0.9 mol/L^1.1mol/L的次氯酸钠溶液在70℃的振荡水浴锅中化学腐蚀纤维素纤维,清洗、烘干后剩下氨纶。其定量分析方法数据准确、工作效率高、更加环保,可以替代手工拆解法。
Since the quantitative analysis of the content by manual dismantling is low efficiency in spandex and regenerated cellulose fibers products,especially if it is very difficult for mesh spandex in knitted.And chemical dissolution has a huge effective on human beings,also not friendly to environment protection.This article discussd that if we use sodium hypochlorite which is 0.9 mol/L-l.1 mol/L in 70℃ Oscillating water bath,chemical corrode regenerated cellulose fibre, cleaning and drying until left over spandex.As sodium-hypochlorite process is exactly,more friendly to environment protection,could be replace the quantitative analysis of the content by manual dismantling.
