基于云计算的突发性水污染事故预警管理系统的开发与应用

摘要 为满足环境应急管理信息化实践的需要,针对应急预警管理系统对突发性水污染事件中信息流转的时效性和污染事件深度管理的要求,采用云计算技术,以移动通信平台为通信传输网络,通过建立云端和移动终端相结合的架构,研究了云计算技术在处理突发性水污染事故中的应用。开发结果体现了云计算技术对数据处理和存储的优势,验证了此架构可以有效地提高信息发布的时效性,降低布设管理系统中应用终端所需的性能成本,并可优化系统应用程序的智能性,降低对系统使用者的技术要求。 To realize the informatization of environment emergency management and meet the requirement ofthe express information transfer and the depth management of pollution incidents in early warning and e-mergency management system, this paper takes the mobile communication platform as internet transmissionnetworks, applies cloud computing technology to establishing the framework by combining mobile terminalwith the cloud and studies the application of cloud computing in the emergency management system for pollution incidents. The results reflect the advantage of cloud computing on data processing and storage, andverify that the framework can effectively improve the efficiency of the information release,reduce the performance cost of the terminal layout in the management system, optimize intellectuality of the applicationprogram,and lower the technical requirements for the system users.
