煤矿企业安全氛围调查分析

Research and Analysis on Safety Climate in Coal Mine Enterprises

为了解煤矿企业安全文化状况,并揭示企业安全氛围因子间相互关系,编制了煤矿企业安全氛围调查问卷,对四家煤矿企业进行问卷调查;采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析对有效问卷进行因子分析,得到4个因子21个题项的安全氛围因子结构,4个因子分别为管理层安全承诺、安全培训、员工安全参与和员工安全意识;对调查问卷进行了方差分析和相关性分析,应用结构方程模型建立了安全氛围因子间因果关系模型,对煤矿企业安全氛围因子间因果关系进行分析。结果表明:管理层安全承诺因子对安全培训因子和员工安全参与因子具有直接的正面影响,安全培训因子对员工安全意识因子具有直接的正面影响,安全培训因子在管理层安全承诺因子和员工安全意识因子之间起到完全中介作用。

In order to understand the status of safety culture in coal mine enterprises, and reveal the relation-ship among safety climate factors,this paper first develops a safety climate questionnaire for coal mine en-terprises to take, and distributes it in 4 coal mines. Then the paper applies exploratory factor analysis andthe confirmatory factor analysis to the valid questionmaire returns and reveals that the final safety climatefactor structure includes 4 factors with 21 items factors. The four factors are management commitment tosafety, safety training, employee safety involvement and employee safety awareness. Furtheremore, the pa-per conducts analysis of variance and correlation ,and finally develops a causality model among safety cli-mate factors by using structural equation model. The results indicate that management commitment factorhas direct positive impact on safety training and employee involvement factor, and the effect of managementcommitment to safety on employee safety awareness is fully mediated by safety training.
