摘要
随着中国石化HSE管理系统在各企业的推广运行,部分功能无法满足企业现场监管及领导决策支持需求,因此需要借助物联网、无线定位、3G无线网络等先进的信息技术,对石化企业HSE管理系统现有功能进行延伸。设计了软硬件配套的信息化解决方案并建立了移动应用业务平台,其功能包括移动作业票证签发、移动HSE检查、移动HSE知识学习、移动决策支持等内容,同时研制开发了对应的防爆手持移动终端,为石化总部和企业领导、基层管理人员及岗位操作员工提供了有效的管理工具,提升了企业的HSE管理水平。
With the promotion of Sinopec HSE management system among the enterprises,partial functions cannotmeet the needs of site surveillance or leadership decision-making. It is necessary to extend the existing functions ofHSE management system of petrochemical enterprises with the help of advanced technologies of internet of things,wireless location and 3G wireless network. The paper designs IT solution including both the software and hard-ware,and builds up the mobile application service platform, which includes mobile work permit,mobile HSE check,mobile HSE knowledge studying and mobile decision-making.
