基于实证分析的旅游监管和监察互动机制研究

Based on the Empirical Analysis of Regulatory and Supervisory Interactive Mechanism of Tourism

本文以宁夏旅游业各利益相关者即旅游者、旅游企业和旅游行政单位为实证研究对象,通过文献分析、问卷调查和实地访谈等方法,深刻剖析了目前宁夏旅游业旅游监管与监察工作的现状,发现了现实工作中的实际问题,并在此基础上提出了建立旅游业监管与监察互动工作机制,从而科学规范各级旅游行政部门的调控行为,有效解决旅游市场"失范"问题,切实保障旅游者权益,促进旅游业的可持续发展。

Taking NingXia tourism various stakeholders： tourists, tourism enterprises and tourism administrative units as empirical research object, through methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire survey and field interview, profound analysis of the current regulatory and supervisory work of NingXia tourism present situation, discovered the practical problems in real work, and on this basis puts forward a tourism regulatory and supervisory work interaction mechanism, thus regulating the regulation of tourism administrative departments at all levels of science, effectively solve the problem of tourism market ＂misconduct＂ , to protect tourists＇ rights and interests, promote the sustainable development of tourism.
