摘要
本文首先界定了教师职业要求政策的内涵,并在此基础上简要地分析了新中国50年(1949-1999)教师职业要求政策存在的主要问题及其原因,然后就新中国50年教师职业要求政策的反思对我国21世纪制定教师职业要求政策的启示做了针对性的探讨。
This thesis firstly defines the connotation of teachers' professional requirements, on the basis of which, it analyzes the main problems in professional requirements policy during 1949-1999, then probes into its enlightenment on the formulation of new-century teachers' professional requirements.
