摘要
教师的法律素质必须经过一定形式的有意识培养才能形成。可以通过改革师范教育课程,把教师职业法律知识的课程教学纳入教师培养计划;改革在职教师继续教育系统,把师德建设与教育法律素质的培养结合起来;学校实行依法治校管理模式,构建法制观念、意识形成的现实基础;以及开展实践中所发生的典型案例讨论,强化教师依法执教观念和依法执教的实践操作能力等途径展开教师法律素质培养。
The professional legal quality of teachers can't be improved unless they are trained consciously by certain cultivation ways. We can reform the curriculum of normal universities and include teachers' professional legal knowledge into the cultivating plan, improve post-occupation training system and combine teachers' professional legal quality cultivation with teachers' virtue consolidation, manage universities by law to form a practical base for legal concept and development, as weft as discuss typical cases that take place in practice in order to promote the mentality and ability of operating according to law.
