论教师职业专业化还需解决的若干难题

On The Difficulties of Teaching Occupation Specialization

教师职业只有专业化才能有社会地位,才能受到社会的尊重。我国的教师职业还需面对理论的科学性不强、职业技能不规范、专业权威缺乏、社会公益性认同度不够、没有权威的专业组织和终身教育体制尚未建立等若干难题,只有解决了这些难题,我国教师职业方能真正实现专业化。

The occupation of teachers must be specialized to promote its social status, and gain social respect. But the specialization of teaching occupation in our country still has many difficulties： its theory isn＇t scientific, its occupational ability is not so norm, it lacks professional authority and social public--spirited approbation, and it has no authoritative profession organization and hasrit built up lifelong education system, etc. Only we solve these difficulties, can teachers＇ occupation then be specialized truely.
