摘要
教师职业只有专业化才能有社会地位,才能受到社会的尊重。我国的教师职业还需面对理论的科学性不强、职业技能不规范、专业权威缺乏、社会公益性认同度不够、没有权威的专业组织和终身教育体制尚未建立等若干难题,只有解决了这些难题,我国教师职业方能真正实现专业化。
The occupation of teachers must be specialized to promote its social status, and gain social respect. But the specialization of teaching occupation in our country still has many difficulties: its theory isn't scientific, its occupational ability is not so norm, it lacks professional authority and social public--spirited approbation, and it has no authoritative profession organization and hasrit built up lifelong education system, etc. Only we solve these difficulties, can teachers' occupation then be specialized truely.
