摘要
教师是实践性知识的丰富载体,教师要实现专业化发展,必须发展自己的实践性知识。从"自在"到"自为",从"自为"到"自觉",是教师实践性知识的发展之路。
Preschool teachers are rich practical knowledge carriers .Teachers’ professional development depend more on their practical knowledge To achieve professional development , preschool teachers must develop their own practical knowledge ,from self‐being to self‐making ,from self‐making as to self‐realization ,and it is the way preschool teachers develop their practical knowledge .
