摘要
职业学校的课程改革进行得如火如荼,取得了一定进展,但是由于课程改革者存在功利性倾向、课程改革缺少整体规划、教师课改能力不足、学生主体角色不投入等方面的原因,导致职业教育课程改革失真,影响职业教育的发展;应切实树立以人为本的职业教育理念,加强组织领导,统筹规划课程改革,提高教师的综合素质和业务能力,提高学校课程改革的软硬件保障能力,培养学生学习兴趣和能力等,以矫正课程改革失真问题,提高职业教育教学质量。
The curriculum reform of vocational schools has made some progress. However, some rea- sons lead to the distortion of the curriculum reform, which hinder the development of vocational education, for example, some reformers have utili cient, and the reform lacks overall planning. tarla This n tendency, some teachers' curriculum ability is insuffi paper puts forward that we should set up the people-oriented concept of vocational education, strengthen the organization and leadership, plan the course reform, improve the teachers' comprehensive quality and service ability, improve the software and hardware support ability of curriculum reform, and develop students' learning interest and ability, so as to improve the teaching quality of vocational education.
