The academic system is a whole structural system of knowledge production, communication and service and other related academic activities and academic organization form. The unique analysis framework of university academic system is built by benefits, elites and trust and their interactions. Among them, the dynamic balance of benefit is the premise for the continuous operation of academic system, the leading role of the elite knowledge authority is the key, and the constrained trust mechanism is the guarantee for healthy academic system.
