University journal editors should consolidate the foundation of language applications, enhance the consciousness of error corrections and the ability to judge errors as well as making good use of reference books. In addition, it is necessary for journal editors to stick to the combined practice of intra and mutual proofreading. Only in this way, the journals with few errors or without errors can be published, and quality papers can be brought forth.
