摘要
从油田采出水中分离筛选出一株高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌GL-6(芽孢杆菌,Bacillus sp.),通过单因素实验(碳源浓度、有机氮源浓度、初始pH值)和3因素3水平正交实验确定GL-6的最佳发酵条件。结果表明,在碳源浓度为20g·L-1、有机氮源浓度为0.5g·L-1、初始pH值为7.0的发酵条件下,菌株GL-6所产絮凝剂的絮凝效果最好。在最佳发酵条件下,微生物絮凝剂对含油废水中浊度、石油类和COD的去除率分别达到92.4%、62.1%和20.0%,絮凝效果优于无机絮凝剂,具有广阔的应用前景。
A high efficient microbial flocculant-producing strain GL-6 (Bacillus sp.)was screened from oil-field produced water.The optimum fermentation conditions of GL-6 were determined by single factor experi-ment(carbon source concentration,organic nitrogen source concentration,initial pH value)and orthogonal ex-periment.Results showed that,the optimum conditions were carbon source concentration of 20 g·L-1 ,organic nitrogen source concentration of 0.5 g·L-1 ,initial pH value of 7.0.Under above conditions,the turbidity re-moval rate was up to 92.4%,the removal rates of petroleum and COD were up to 62.1% and 20.0%,respec-tively.The microbial flocculant was much better than inorganic flocculants and had a broad prospect in applica-tion.
