摘要
以氯化铵浸出次氧化锌得到的二氯二氨锌晶体和盐酸浸出含锌废料得到的氯化锌溶液(1mol·L-1)为原料合成碱式氯化锌。考察了反应温度、锌浓度、pH值、反应时间及PVP浓度对产品质量的影响,并对产品进行了质量分析和XRD测定。结果表明,其最佳合成条件为:二氯二氨锌悬浊液锌浓度0.5mol·L-1、pH值6.2、反应温度70℃、反应时间2h,在此条件下,锌沉淀率可达92%以上,合成的碱式氯化锌的纯度高、晶型完整、质量好,符合GB/T 22546-2008标准,适合用作锌源饲料添加剂。该工艺流程短、安全、环保,可实现锌的二次利用。
Basic zinc chloride was synthesized from the crystalline zinc diammine chloride which was leached from the inferior zinc oxide with ammonium chloride solution,and zinc chloride solution (1 mol·L-1 )which was leached from the waste containing zinc with hydrochloric acid.The effects of reaction temperature,zinc con-centration,pH value,reaction time and PVP concentration on the quality of product were studied.The quality a-nalysis and XRD pattern of the product were determined.The results showed that the deposition rate of zinc could reach more than 92% under optimal synthetic conditions:zinc concentration of Zn(NH 3 )2 Cl2 suspension was 0.5 mol·L-1 ,pH value was 6.2,reaction temperature was 70 ℃,and reaction time was 2 h.Under above conditions,the synthesized product exhibited integrity crystal structure,high purity and good quality,which met GB/T 22546-2008 standard.The synthesized product was suitable for being used as feed additive.The synthet-ic process was short,safe and environmental-friendly,which could achieve the secondary utilization of zinc.
