摘要
研究了现有的几种常见稻谷干燥仓的结构特点,论述热泵干燥仓的结构选型,对角状盒参数设计进行了理论分析,并选取了5HG-4.5型干燥仓建立了角状盒受力简易数学模型,应用ANSYS软件对角状盒进行了应力模拟分析和厚度优化,模拟结果表明角状盒应力集中地方主要分布在两端的焊接点处,制造加工时应进行热处理及打磨。当使用材料为Q235时,得到优化厚度为1.2 mm,模型的最大应力为83.5MPa,满足材料的许用应力条件。模拟优化结果对干燥仓的设计制造具有重要的指导意义。
The structure characteristics of several common rice drying barn were studied. The structure selection of heat pump drying chamber is described in this paper. Some correlation theory has been applied of to analyze the design of corner box parameters. A simple mathematical model for the stress of the corner box was established in the model named 5HG-4.5. The stress simulation analysis and optimization of the thickness of the diagonal box are carried out by using ANSYS software. The simulation results show that the stress concentration, in the corner box, is mainly distributed in the welding points at both ends. It is very necessary to heat treatment and polishing process in the manufacturing process. While the material is Q235, the thickness of the simulation is 1.2 mm, the maximum stress is 83.5 MPa and the result is satisfied for the allowable stress on this conditions. It has important guiding significance for the design and manufacture of dry storage.
