摘要
远程教育和高职教育在培养目标、服务、培养方式、办学特征、就业导向等诸多方面存在的共同点和相似性。两者虽然在学习主体、学习能动性、学制形式、学习手段、教学组织形式、教学环节监管等多个方面目前仍存在一定特色和差异,但是这种特色和差异在本质上不具备矛盾的不可调和性,相反恰恰成为远程教育和高职教育优势互补、相互借鉴学习融合的重要基础。本文以高职教育与远程教育的共性与各自的特色为切入点,分析探讨了资源共享面临的困境及资源整合共享的途径。
There are a lot of similarities for distance education( D.E) and higher vocational education( H.V. E) on training target, service, training ways, school -running characteristics, employment guidance, etc .Al-though there are some differences in learner's lever and initiative,learning program and methods, organizing study and superintendence;but all differences are not be opposed to each other.It set up a base for complementary ad-vantages and cross adoption between D.E and H.V.E.Analysis and discussion on dilemma of education resource sharing and way of education resource integration for sharing in these paper.
