摘要 动脉硬化是高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等疾病发生、发展的病理基础。动脉血管早期病变多为动脉结构及功能的改变,然而因为缺乏典型临床症状,常常错过最好防治时机,所以及时在动脉硬化早期对动脉结构及功能进行排查显得尤为重要。目前如何较好地运用各项无创检查技术指导临床是医学界的热点问题。本文就当前应用较多的动脉功能检查方法 -脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave velocity,PWV)的应用做以介绍。 Atherosclerotic diseases is the pathological base of occurrence and development of diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, and the early pathological changes of arterial blood vessels can be mainly found in changes of arterial structure and function, but the best time for prevention and treatment often be missed because of the lack of typical clinical symptoms, so examination of arterial structure and function in the early atherosclerotic disea-ses is very important. At present how to better use the noninvasive examination guide is a hot issue of the medical profes-sion. The paper introduced that how the pulse wave velocity ( PWV) was widely applied for examinational methods of ar-terial function.
