Water Resources Supporting Ability of Social and Economic Development and Countermeasures in Northern Jiangsu Province

根据苏北地区水资源相关数据,运用水资源支撑指数概念,定量描述苏北地区的水资源短缺程度,分析区域水资源对于社会经济发展的支撑能力与协调度。在划分水资源支撑能力等级的基础上,依据数据资料,明确苏北水资源紧张地区的空间分布,并探讨其区域差异性,提出了提高水资源支撑能力的建议与对策。

Using the water resources data of the northern part of Jiangsu province,soaking up the concept of water resources supporting index,quantitatively describe the degree of water shortage in northern part of Jiangsu province,analysis of regional water resources supporting ability and coordination to the social and economic development. On the basis of dividing water resources supporting capacity level,using the data and clear the water lack regions spatial distribution of the area,and to explore its regional difference,put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to improve water resources supporting capacity.
