The Protection of the Intellectual Property Rights of Chinese National Medicine in the Economic Dimension

以民族药知识产权保护现状为切入点,论证民族药知识产权保护的经济合理性,并分析不同的知识产权保护方式对民族药发展在经济上可能产生的影响,进而提出相应的政策及法律建议。

Taking the protection of national intellectual property rights as the breakthrough point, this paper demonstrates the economic rationality of the protection of national intellectual property rights, and analyzes the different effects of different intellectual property rights protection methods on the economic development of ethnic medicine, and puts forward the corresponding policies and laws.
