近年来,软实力是横跨多领域的热词。党的十八大报告提出了五位一体的总体建设布局,文化布局首次被摆到了第三位。在此背景下,如何有效克服当前我国文化事业发展面临的重重阻力,迅速提升我国的文化软实力,就成为一个具有重大理论价值和实践价值的问题。

In recent years, soft power has been a hot word in many fields.The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC puts forward overall layout of five-in-one establishment.What’ s more, it is the first time to put cultural layout on the third place. Under this background, it has become a significant problem of theoretical practical views in order to overcome considerable resistance which influences Chinese cultural development and promote Chinese soft power quickly.
