The Practical Explanation and Revelation of the New Countryside Construction of Haotang Village

新农村建设的典范郝堂村近三年发展迅速的原因主要有两个:一是把农村互助金融作为新农村建设的发动机;二是政府、民间公益组织、乡村基层组织的协同治理机制。新农村建设应进一步提高农民的组织化程度,尊重和发挥农民的主体作用,政府要为社会公益组织参与新农村建设创造良好的环境。

The model of new countryside construction Haotang village developed rapidly in recent three years, which has two main rea-sons：one is putting the rural mutual aid finance into new countryside construction; the second is the government, non-government commonweal organization, basic administrative unit in cooperative governance mechanism.New countryside construction has to improve the organization degree of peasantry to respect and exert their main role.The government should create good environment for non-gov-ernment commonweal organization to participate in the new countryside construction.
