摘要
目的:研究黄秋葵不同组织中总黄酮和粗多糖的含量,为其综合利用提供理论依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度计法测量黄秋葵嫩叶、种子、老叶、茎杆、果荚和嫩果中总黄酮和粗多糖的含量。结果:黄秋葵不同部位中总黄酮的含量以嫩果为最多,为2.12%,嫩叶、种子、老叶、茎杆和果荚含量较低。粗多糖也以嫩果含量最高,为5.59%,其次为果荚、老叶、茎杆、嫩叶,种子含量最低。对于不同长度的黄秋葵嫩果,其长度越短总黄酮含量越高;而粗多糖含量随着黄秋葵嫩果长度的增加呈先降低后增多的趋势。结论:黄秋葵各部位总黄酮和粗多糖的含量以嫩果最高,总黄酮以Ⅰ类嫩果含量最高,为2.53%,粗多糖以Ⅳ类嫩果含量最高,为5.59%。
Purpose:Study the flavonoids and polysaccharide content in the different parts of okra,to provide theoretical basis for its com-prehensive utilization.Methods:Used UV spectrophotometer to determination flavonoids and polysaccharide content in tender leaves, seeds, old leaves, stem, fruit pods and fruitlet of okra.Results:The most content of flavonoids in different parts of okra is fruitlet, to 2.12%, the content in tender leaf, seed, old leaves, stem and pod is low.The most polysaccharide content is fruitlet too, is as high as 5.59%, followed by pod, old leaves, stem, leaf, seed content is the lowest.For different lengths of okra fruitlet, the flavonoids content is higher when the fruitlet is shorter;the polysaccharide content increased after the first reduce trend with the increase of okra soft fruit length.Conclusions:The flavonoids and polysaccharide content in fruitlet is highest.Flavonoids content inⅠlevel fruitlet is highest, at 2.53%;polysaccharide content inⅣlevel fruitlet is highest, at 5.59%.
