不断加强应用技术型学科专业与专业群建设是新建本科院校实现其价值和职能的必由之路,是一项全面性、战略性的系统工程,对新建本科院校发展意义重大。针对新建本科院校学科专业建设存在的理念落后、基础薄弱、管理滞后等问题,要注重从明确定位、系统规划;凝炼方向、打造平台;提升队伍、完善机制等方面加以改革和突破。

Constantly strengthening construction of application -oriented disciplines and specialty group is the only way to realize the value and function of newly-built undergraduate colleges, which is a comprehensive, strategic system engineering and has significant meaning for the development of newly-built undergraduate colleges.Against the problems of discipline and specialty construction in newly-built undergraduate colleges such as idea backwardness, weak foundation and lagging management, reform and breakthrough should be carried out in the following three aspects：Clear positioning, system planning;concise direction, building platform;promoting team, perfecting mechanism.
