强化问题意识,是造就创新型人才的关键之一。但是受传统教学观念、教学模式、教师本身问题意识欠缺及生源素质较低等方面的影响,五年制师范生普遍缺乏问题意识。作为未来的幼儿教师,问题意识的缺乏不仅影响到自己的发展,而且关系到创新人才的培养。培养和提高学生的问题意识关键在于老师,高校应改革传统教学考核评价体系,提升教师素质,教会学生发现问题的技能,使学生敢于提问,有效提高学生的问题意识。
