系统WSR三维视野下的高中高水平运动队管理模式研究

以WSR理论为指导,结合高中高水平运动队的管理现状,运用文献资料法、德尔菲调查法、数理统计法建立由W物理子系统、S事理子系统、R人理子系统所组成的高中高水平运动队三维结构管理模式,并对管理模式的指标及其权重进行了研究,获得了包括3个一级指标、11个二级指标、33个三级指标及其权重的管理指标体系,从而为高中阶段的高水平运动队的管理提供理论参考,高中高水平运动队管理模式及指标体系的构建对于促进高中高水平运队的健康发展,提高训练质量和运动队管理水平等具有十分重要的意义。

This text takes WSR theories as the guidance, combines the management present situation of senior middle school high level sport. Through the methods of documentation, questionnaire, statistical analysis to establish the WSR high -level sports team management mode with the three dimensional structure of physical hardware facilities （ W ） , affair rule system（S） and human resource system（RI. We analyzed the management indicators and their weights of high - level teams and obtained an evaluation index system which included 3 first - grade indexes, 11 second -grade indexes and 33 third -grade indexes and their weights to provide theoretical references for management of senior middle school high level sport team. The evaluation of high - level sports team management mode of senior middle school is significant to the healthy development of senior middle school high level sport, and the improvement of teaching and training quality and the management of sports teams.
