我国单板滑雪U型场地项目发展中存在的问题与对策研究

Research on Solution to the Problem in Developing of our Half Pipe Snowboarding

我国单板滑雪U型场地项目在仅仅3个奥运周期的发展时间里,创造了令人瞩目的成绩,成为冬奥战略中又一潜在的奖牌增长点。如何解决项目发展过程中出现的问题对于该项目的持续发展具有十分重要的意义。本文通过文献资料法、调查法、专家访谈法,指出了该项目发展中存在的不足:运动员梯队建设不合理,教练员和裁判员培养与考核体系不健全,高质量场地设施无保障等问题严重阻碍了该项目的持续发展;提出了加强运动员梯队建设,教练员培训体系重构,裁判员培训和选拔体系强化,适应各年龄阶段、各水平的场地均衡建设和使用等对策,以期为国家备战2018年和2022年冬奥会,持续发展单板滑雪U型场地项目提供参考。

In the development of only less than 11 years, Chinese HP snowboarding team got remarkable achievements. It becomes another medal growth point in the Chinese Winter Olympics strategy Program. How to solve the existing problem of developing is the most impor- tant thing for the better results. Through investigation, literature, expert interviews, author points out the shortcomings existing in the development as follows： wrong way in team building ; coaches and judges training and assessment system is not sound ; less good quality of HP Construction and shaping; enhance team building system coaches and judges training system, coaches and judges assessment system, more good quality HP site are the very wonderful way to solve the problem and that is good for getting more medals in the 2018 and 2022 Winter Olympic Games.
