摘要
封闭型的教师教育模式在教育知识的来源、品质、组织、传递、应用等方面都需要重新审视。教师的相对过剩、教师教育的逐步开放、教师岗位的激烈竞争局面、新的教师聘任制度的出台及教师教育本身的新特点构成了教师教育模式重构的时代境遇。因此需要通过联合与协同,拓宽教师知识来源渠道,通过改进实践教学,优化教师教育知识品质,通过适应性调整,重构教师教育知识体系,通过教学方法的变革,提高教师教育知识传递效果,通过开发各种资源,多形式呈现教师教育知识。
[Abstract ] The closed teacher education mode needs reflection from knowledge origin , quality , organization , transmission and application . A new situation of teacher education mode is being constructed by teachers'relative oversupply , the gradual opening of teacher education , fierce competition of teaching position , new rules of teacher appointment system , and new characteristics of teacher education . Therefore , teacher education should be conducted by collaborating and co‐operating , broadening channels for teachers' knowledge acquisition , improving practical teaching , and optimizing know ledge quality of teacher education , constructing know ledge system by adaptive adjustment , improving the effects of knowledge transmission by reforming teaching methods , and presenting teacher education know ledge in various forms by developing resources .
