改革新形势下我国区域法制实施的必要性探究

区域法制作为中国特色社会主义法治体系的重要组成部分,并非独立而存在,而是与区域经济发展、区域政策制定等多方面相互联系的。全面深化改革形势下,以大城市圈为核心的区域经济发展模式已成为社会经济发展的新模式。区域法制的实施,已成为社会经济发展的必然要求。其不仅具有对社会经济发展不平衡的改进作用,而且具有对社会主义法治建设的促进作用。现有区域法制体系缺失的情况下,我们有必要加强区域法制的实施,以促进区域法治建设。

As an important part of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, the regional legal system does not exist independently, but rather it is related to regional economic development, regional policy formulation and so on. With the reforms deepening in an all - round way, a new model of regional socioeconomic development centered upon metropolitan coordinating regions is taking shape. Under such circumstances, the implementation of regional legal system has become an inevitable requirement of social and economic development. A sound regional legal system is conducive not only to rectifying imbalances in social and economic development but also to promoting the socialist legal construction. In the absence of regional legal system, we need to strengthen the implementation of the regional legal system in order to promote the construction of the rule of law.
