巴黎符号学学派的产生与发展

The Theoretical Basis and Development of the ＂School of Paris＂

法国现有在semiologie名下的结构论符号学和在semiotique名下的巴黎符号学学派符号学。本文探讨了后者产生的理论依据和其在格雷马斯发表《结构语义学》之后的发展历程,总结了该学派的基本理论主张与应用范围,展现该学派与结构论符号学在理论和操作上的区别。巴黎符号学学派如今已成为法国符号学研究的主流,搞清楚这一流派的基本理论与应用,对本土符号学研究的发展大有裨益。

There are two schools of semiotics in France, namely semiology （semiologie） and the ＂school of Paris＂ （sSmiotique）. This paper attempts to discover the theoretical basis of the school of Paris and the process of its development after the publication of Greimas＇s Structural Semantics. To this end, this paper generaliscs the fundamental theories of this school and their scope of application in the hope of clarifying the differences between the two schools in theory and application. It should be noted that the school of Paris nowadays has become mainstream in French semiotic studies. Hence, understanding the basic ideas of this school will aid the development of Chinese semiotic studies.
