随着地区一体化的深入发展,不同国家的市场化改革所带来的各种因素对体制转型产生影响,并且,两者间呈现不同程度的互动态势。围绕政治共识、精英和大众关系的重构、体制转型等议题,学界存在不少争论,通过分析市场一体化进程中市场化改革所带来的各种因素如何影响国家的体制转型,旨在探索两者间的互动机制,并尝试建立市场一体化、贸易政策和体制转型的分析框架。

With the further development of regional integration, various factors brought by themarket oriented reform in different countries have an impact on the system transformation, and to someextent, there exist close interaction between them. There are a lot of controversy around the politicalconsensus, the relationship reconstruction between the elite and the masses, institutional transformationand other issues. This paper intends to analyze the various factors of the market reform how to affect thecountry＇s institutional transformation in the process of market integration, aims to interaction mechanism,and try to establish an analytical framework of market integration, trade policy and institutionaltransformation.
