复方苦参酊剂急性毒性试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察复方苦参酊剂对大鼠皮肤的急性毒性反应。方法取60只大鼠,按体重随机分为6组,将受试药物涂于各组动物完整皮肤和破损创面皮肤,观察各组大鼠急性毒性反应。结果与对照组相比,用药后各组大鼠的正常皮肤和破损皮肤均未产生急性毒性反应。结论复方苦参酊剂对大鼠无急性毒性反应,是一种安全性较好的外用制剂。 Objective To observe the acute toxicity of the compound Kushen Tincture to rats, which might provide scientific foundation for its clinical use. Methods 60 Rats were randomized into 6 groups according to the body weight. Integrated and disrepaired skins in the rats were smeared with compound Kushen Tincture and the acute toxic reaction of the animals were observed and recorded continuously from the beginning Of using the drug. Results The results indicated that this tincture cause no skin acute toxicity. Conclusion The tincture had no acute toxic reaction to rats' skin and the results suggest that this tincture is relatively safe in clinical application.
