中国“一带一路”与美国TPP在全球贸易规则上的博弈

China's“One Belt,One Road”Games with U.S.A.TPP on Rules in Trade

研究美国TPP谈判与中国"一带一路"相关的新贸易投资规则与标准体系在承载平台、利益所在、诉求目标、生命力以及价值观上的差别,主张中国推进"一带一路"不能照搬现有多边的或美国的新贸易投资规则,但可借鉴其符合经济发展规律的成分,形成体现中国价值观和优秀文化的、面对与不同发展水平国家的多层次贸易投资规则和标准的体系。

Study distinctive differences in platforms,interests,targets,vitalities and values between the new rules and standards in trade and investment setup by the US on the TPP,and the ones designed by China promoting ＂One Belt,One Road＂.It is concluded that＂One Belt,One Road＂is not suitable to adopt existing multinational trade rules or the new ones US proposed,but it can use for reference their advanced ideas in line with the law of development and form the rules and standards system in trade and investment with Chinese values and excellent culture,cooperating with countries in different developing levels.
