China helped to implement the Trade Facilitation Agreement

贸易便利化是当前国际经贸新规则的重要内容，代表了国际贸易规则最前沿的发展方向。中国的加入为协定的尽早实施起到了重要推动作用，体现了全球主要贸易大国的积极立场和姿态。

On September 4th, China handed to the World Trade Organisation about the protocol of acceptance, the Trade Facilitation Agreement, marking the completion of the domestic approval procedures to accept the agreement protocol. China becomes the 16 th member accepting the protocol in the WTO, playing an important role for early implementation agreement and embodying the positive position and attitude of the world's major trading power. As the first multilateral trade agreement achieved since the WTO established nearly 20 years ago, the Trade Facilitation Agreement is the most important breakthrough since the launch of the Doha Round. The Trade Facilitation Agreement aims to further accelerate the flow oftransit goods, customs and clearance, and strengthen the field's technical assistance and capacity building support, promote effective cooperation between customs and other border management agency in the trade facilitation and customs enforcement. After the financial crisis in 2008, the world trade growth has been weak, the average growth rate is lower than the growth of the world economy; the Trade Facilitation Agreement becomes the important means of promoting the recovery of the world economy and trade.
