摘要 从2006年开始,经过短短十年发展,我国已成为亚洲地区最大的邮轮市场。随着邮轮新兴产业利好政策的陆续出台,中国邮轮经济将迎来前所未有的发展好时机。 Starting in 2006 and just after ten years development, China has become Asia's largest cruise market. With good policy coming out of the emerging industry successively, the Chinese cruise economy will usher in unprecedented development opportunity. In 2014, cruise passengers were beyond 1.152 million in the Shanghai port, surpassing that of Singapore and getting to the top of the Asia, and thus becoming the world's ninth cruise home port. 'This is a landmark in the cruise industry history of China.' Executive vice President and secretary general Zheng Hui of China Cruise Yacht Industry Association(CCYIA) told reporters that, as an emerging industry, China's cruise market has continued a rapid development in recent 10 years. It is very difficult to design and construct cruise ships, which is known as the pearl on the crown of shipbuilding and monopolized by the European shipyards for a long time. With the development of cruise economy in China, driven by the fast breeding market and the national policy, the local cruise ship building industry in China has met significant opportunities for development. Shipbuilding industry in our country is in the key stage of transformation and upgrading and from being large to strong. Building luxury cruise successfully will greatly promote the comprehensive strength of China's shipbuilding industry, which is of great significance to our country's shipbuilding industry and the development of marine economy. With a view to meeting people's demand for tourism and entertainment, driving tourism and entertainment industry, and building national tourism system, the State Council Office has reviewed Guidance on Speeding up Tourism Industry and drafts Outline on National Tourism and Entertainment(2013-2020). As permitted by State Council, the Outline has been issued to local government of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities as well as ministries and authorities. According to the Outline, measures will be taken to build infrastructure for yacht marinas and cruise terminals and support tourist product development. The Outline in nature is another policy in favor of yacht and cruise sector. It shows that cruise and yacht economy in China will step on a steady, fast track and embrace a bright future.
