高职专业教学资源库建设是高职院校探索教学改革、提升人才培养质量和社会服务能力的一项重要举措。构建学校、企业、社会联手开发的共享型专业教学资源网络平台可以为学生课外自学提供丰富的资源与系统指导，激发学生兴趣，有效促进学生的自主学习，为师生提供一个互动交流、智能化的网络教学环境。高职院校专业建设要及时跟上电子行业技术、工艺、设备、材料、标准、管理等的更新速度和水平，培养适应未来电子行业发展变化的人才，必须建设教学资源库。
