高职院校家庭经济困难学生心理帮扶机制构建研究

摘要 高职院校部分家庭经济困难学生在获得经济资助的同时,出现了心理“贫困”。心理困境主要表现为自卑、封闭、敏感、焦虑等。完善心理帮挟机构、加强心理帮扶队伍建设,开展科学有效的心理帮挟举措,依托心理社团开展心理自助,建立个体心理咨询与团体心理辅导相结合的工作机制,是帮助家庭经济困难学生解除心理困境的有效策略。 The students with family economic difficulties in higher vocational colleges have the psychological " poverty" while obtaining the financial assistance, mainly showing the psychological predicament such as inferior, en- closed, sensitive and, anxious. It will be the effective strategy to help the family economic difficulties students remove their psychological dilemma to establish an effective psychological support mechanism such as perfecting psychological support institutions, strengthening the construction of psychological support team, carrying out scientific and effective psychological supporting measures, organizing the psychological self - help relying on community, establishing the work mechanism combining individual and group counseling.
