摘要
由于地质构造条件复杂,湖南省煤与瓦斯灾出频率高、强度大,是国内煤与瓦斯突出灾害较严重的省份之一。随着开采深度的增加,煤矿突出危险性越来越严重。本文阐述了湖南省煤与瓦斯突出防治现状及存在的问题,分析产生这些问题的原因,并提出了防突对策与措施,提出加强地应力及突出顸测技术研究,是未来防突技术的发展方向。
Abstract: Due to the complex geological structure, the frequency and intensity of coal and gas outburst in Hunan is high. And thus Hunan becomes one of the worst provinces in coal and gas outburst disaster in China. With the in- crease of mining depth, the risk of coal mines outburst is becoming even higher. This paper describes the current situ- ation and problems in outburst prevention of coal and gas in Hunan, analyzes the causes of these problems and propo- ses the prevention strategies and measures. The paper also proposes that more researches should be done in the aspects of ground stress and the outburst prediction technology, and that will be the future direction of outburst prevention technology development.
