摘要
人工模拟自然光中295~400nm的紫外光对无铬革坯的性能影响。实验发现,经紫外光照射72h后,革坯的理化指标以及表观形貌发生变化。其中,老化后革面颜色变浅;革坯撕裂强度、抗张强度以及10N下伸长率变化各异,不同革坯理化指标的变化率各不相同;崩裂强度均下降;老化后经SEM扫描下发现,革坯内部纤维束变得粗糙,表面出现碎片和损伤,产生断裂,且表面纤维分布散乱。
Artificial simulation of natural light in 295 - 400 nm (ultraviolet light) effects on the performance of chromefree leather. The experiments discovered the leathers' physical mechanical properties and surface color changed after 48 h UV exposed. Among them the leather surface color becomes shallow and the tear strength, tensile strength, bursting strength and elongation under 10 N/mm2 of leathers drop all, but variously in different tanned. By SEM scan it is found that the leather fiber bundles appear rough, lower regularity and the surface of the fiber bundles distribution scattered.
