离子交联型丙烯酸树脂乳液的结构与性能 被引量:3

摘要 本文制备了4种不同的离子交联型丙烯酸树脂乳液。采用mR、TEM表征了乳液胶膜中的离子交联结构和乳液的形态。通过精密万能试验机测定了胶膜的力学性能。用TGA、DMA研究了胶膜的热性能,此外,还考察了其耐寒性和耐黄变性。实验结果表明,4种乳液的金属离子交联在1631-1562cm-1处具有特征吸收峰。其乳胶粒近似球形,粒径为200nm左右。通过提高镁离子用量,能使镁离子交联乳液力学性能达到或超过锌离子交联乳液,同时镁离子交联乳液胶膜Tg大于锌离子交联乳液胶膜Tg并且拥有基本相似的热稳定性以及良好的耐寒性和耐黄变性。从性能研究结果看出,4种离子交联型丙烯酸树脂乳液在皮革涂饰中能够用于皮革的底涂。从环保角度考虑,镁离子交联乳液在性能上可以达到与锌离子交联乳液相同的效果,因此具有更好的应用前景。 The ion crosslinking polyacrylate latexes for leather finishing were prepared by emulsion polymerization with nano-zinc oxide and nano-magnesium oxide as crosslinkers. Fourier transform infrared (FYIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) have been used to determine the structure and properties of the four different sample latexes. Otherwise, the mechanical properties, cold tolerance, and anti-yellowing etc. have also been investigated. The FTIR analyses confirm that the ion crosslinking structure has characteristic absorption peaks from 1631 cm-1 to 1562cm-1. And TEM images show that particles of the 4 latexes are proximately sphere-like with around 200-nanometer particle diameter.Other experimental results suggest that the mechanical properties and glass-transition temperature (Tg) of magnesium ion crosslinking latex have the potential of reaching or even surpassing that of zinc ion crosslinking latex with basically equivalent thermal stability and good performances in cold tolerance and anti-yellowing. In conclusion, these 4 types of ion crosslinking polyacrylate latexes can be applied as the first layer in leather finishing, whilst magnesium ion crosslinking latex is more appropriate if taking envionmentally friendly and hygienic properties in account.
