摘要
近年电商发展迅猛,对皮鞋行业形成了巨大冲击。鞋企在供应链运作时遇到了线下渠道拓展及线上线下运作协调性等问题。本文在分析皮鞋零售市场产业链的基础上,提出鞋企在供应链运作时线上线下通过一体化、差异化的策略来提升供应链运作效率及销售业绩。
Recently,the rapid development of e-commerce impacts shoes industry seriously. Shoes enterprises encountered some problems about the channel development and the coordination between online and offline during operating supply chains. Based on the analysis of supply chains of shoes, this paper proposes integration and differentiation strategies to enhance the shoes supply chain's operational efficiency and sales performance.
