摘要
利用初筛和复筛结合方法从蚯蚓粪中筛选出六株高效异养脱硫菌种S2、S3、S5、S6、S7、S10。经硫化氢降解率测试结果表明,培养25 d,与CK相比H2S释放量分别降低44.50%、53.48%、37.99%、16.41%、30.67%、41.14%。将不同菌株复配,其中S2+S3+S5、S2+S3+S7菌种组合H2S释放量最低,较对照降低71.53%、65.01%。表明脱硫菌有效降低H2S释放量,三个菌株复合除臭效果好于单个菌株,可为生物脱硫法研究提供理论依据。
Six strains of high-efficiency heterotrophic degrading hydrogen sulfide bacteria S2, S3, S5, S6, S7, S10 were isolated by combing preliminary screening and secondary screening from earthworm cast. The results showed that hydrogen sulfide degradation rate testing indicated: they could decrease H2S emission by 44.50%, 53.48%, 37.99%, 16.41%, 30.67% and 41.14% compared with the control group in 25 days. Composited strains of S2+S3+S5 and S2+S3+S7 performed a good effect, decreased H2S emission by 71.53% and 65.01%. It showed that degrading hydrogen sulfide strains could decrease H2S emission effectively, the desulfurization of three strains complex formulation was better than single strain of degrading hydrogen sulfide. The results above provided reference for biological deodorization researching.
