摘要
塔山煤矿是煤层易自然矿井,针对塔山矿采空区遗煤自燃问题,采用Fluent数值模拟结合地面束管检测系统检测的方法确定采空区煤炭自燃发火区域。根据火区范围结合矿井实际情况,提出了采用注氮和胶体材料的综合防灭火措施。通过一段时间的治理,实时监测采空区氧气体积分数小于7%,CO浓度低于50ppm,采空区的遗煤自燃问题得到了有效控制。
The coal seam in Tashan mine is easy self-ignition seam. According to the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion in goal, the ignition regions in goaf are divided by using numerical simulation and Beam Tube Monitoring Systems. Based on the actual situation and ignition regions, nitrogen-plasma technique and colloidal material are used. After governance, oxygen concentration below 7%, CO concentration below 50ppm. The problem of coal spontaneous in goaf is controlled effectively.
