原主井定量装载控制系统不能与提升机控制系统实现通讯,采用硬线连接,故障率高,查找故障困难;设备备件因更新无法购置到配件,修改监视程序采用编程器,操作复杂;对控制系统进行改造,采用与提升机控制系统一致的西门子PLC程序控制器,系统运行稳定,维护方便,可靠性高。

The quantitative loading control system of original main shaft cannot communicate with the elevator system,which using hardware connection,also with high failure rate which hard to find.The spare part cannot be brought because of update.comprehensive moves should be taken in modify supervisory programme which using programmer.Therefore reforming the control system,using the corresponding Siemens programmable logic controller with elevator control system,the new system running stable maintainable and dependable.
