防止平衡盘磨损方法探讨

摘要 目前海洋石油平台采用平衡盘平衡转子轴向力的多级离心泵,多数具有注水增压、污水输送等功能,由于平衡盘位于泵非驱动端壳体内部,日常维护和巡检时不能发现其磨损状态,而该类型的多级泵前后两端通常采用短圆柱轴承承受径向力,所以平衡盘与平衡板发生摩擦时前后轴承不会出现高温等征兆,因而不易被察觉,但是如果平衡盘过度磨损,必然导致转子整体向叶轮入口方向移动,造成转子与壳体摩擦,严重时造成泵的整体报废。从分析多级离心泵轴向力平衡装置原理入手,阐述防止平衡盘磨损的方法,以提高机泵的使用寿命。 Currently, offshore oil platforms use multistage centrifugal pumps with balancing disc rotor axial force, most of which have application purposes of water injection boosting and sewage transmission. As balance disc is located in pump shell at the non-driving end, daily maintenance and inspection cannot find the wear status, and this type of multistage pump usually takes short cylindrical bearing radial force on both ends, signs such as high temperature fail to appear on front and back bearings when balance disc rubbing against balance board, making it hard to be found. The excessive wear will inevitably lead to the rotor integral moving to the impeller inlet direction, causing frictions between rotor and shell, and worst, the overall scrap of the pump. This paper, from the perspective of the principle of multiple-stage centrifugal pump with axial force balancing device, discusses wearing prevention methods for balance disc to prolong service life of the pump.
