在知识经济时代,知识产权交易作为知识产权有效利用和顺利实现科技成果转化的重要一环,在促进区域经济发展和产业升级中发挥着重要的作用。列举了国内外知识产权交易平台的建设经验,指出我国知识产权交易平台建设中存在的问题,阐述了知识产权交易平台的建设思路及主要内容,并结合京津冀协同发展战略,提出未来知识产权交易平台的发展方向。

In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual property transaction, as one of the important components of the effective using of intellectual property and the smooth realization of scientific and technological achievements transformation, plays as an important role in promoting regional economic development and the industrial upgrading. This paper enumerates experiences of intellectual property rights trading platform construction both at home and abroad, points out problems of intellectual property rights trading platform construction in China and expounds thoughts and main contents of intellectual property rights trading platform construction. Combining the collaborative development strategy of the Bei- jing-Tianjin-Hebei region, it puts forward the development direction of intellectual property trading platform in the future.
